The Pam line goes back to Netherton Pam R9 who was purchased as a senior cow having been unbeaten in the show ring for two years for the McLaren family. The Pam lines pass on longevity, size, fantastic nature, milk and easy calving.One of the oldest cows in the herd is a Pam and continues to breed well every year. A Pam heifer is definitely the pick of the 2011 calf crop. 

Pam females have also excelled in the show ring with Shadwell Pam G328 taking the reserve breed championship at the Royal Norfolk show in 2009.
