Noir is sired by the legendry Royal Added Value 19D. He was sold privately to the Lockerely herd as their main herd sire. He has an exceptional milk figure of +12 as well as impressive 200 and 600 day weights. Shadwell have access to an extensive store of semen from Noir.
Other AI sires to have been used in the herd include Ranui Impact, Netherton Figo and Netherton Kiwi Sam.
On the red cows we have used both Rissington Red AF498 and Fisher Red Bruno.
